Key Responsibilities
* Assemble and wire electronic control units and sub-assemblies using detailed technical drawings and circuit diagrams
* Maintain exceptional quality standards and ensure strict compliance with industry certifications
* Optimize build sequences and effectively resolve material and design challenges
* Collaborate closely with engineering and quality control teams
* Support prototype equipment development
* Mentor and train new team members and apprentices
