1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant - Windsor
SEMH/Behaviour Support

Are you looking to work 1:1 with an SEN Child starting in September?

Do you have experience working with challenging behaviour?

SEN Teaching Assistants Needed

A mainstream Primary school in Windsor are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support children on a one-to-one basis. This role will be a behaviour support role as the child displays challenging behaviour. Experience in a similar role is required to be considered for this post. The successful candidate will be experienced in working with SEMH and have skills in behaviour support. The school has excellent transport links.

Ideal Candidate:

A graduate with a 2:2 or above in any subject (Education, Psychology, or related fields are advantageous).
A passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
Experience working with young people in any setting, such as youth work, sports, or similar, is desirable but not essential.
Organised, proactive, and committed to staying for the full academic year.

Details:

Role: Teaching Assistant in SEN School
Location: Windsor
Start Date: Immediate
Pay: £83 - £95 per day (dependent on experience, qualifications, and training).
Contract: Long-term temporary, with the potential for permanent positions.
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.
