About the Role:
We are looking for a Jewellery & Diamond Customer Care Advisor to join our growing team. This diverse and exciting role will expose you to all aspects of the jewellery industry. You will play a key part in delivering the high standard of service our customers expect while supporting various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service through email, phone, and live chat.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Managing stock to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Creating engaging content for social media to promote our brand.
- Communicating with the workshop to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.
- Contributing ideas and support to the jewellery design process.

- No previous experience in the jewellery industry is required.
