Digital Strategist - Bournemouth (3 days remote) - Digital Agency - PPC / SEO / Paid Social / Paid Media / Analytics / Strategy / Social Media

We're looking for a Digital Strategist, for a growing agency, based in Bournemouth.

The role will be split across PPC, SEO and Social Media - you'll need experience in all these areas. You'll need to have previous experience working in an agency so that you can hit the ground running. This will suit someone with an analytical mindset, who loves the data & numbers side of strategy, and is results driven.

Skills Needed:

• 4+ years agency / Digital Strategist experience.
• Results focussed - proven track record in achieving objectives.
• Analytical mindset.
• Technical skills across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Social Media - eg Google Analytics / GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, AHREFS, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.

Reporting into the agency founders & working closely with the SLT, your key responsibilities will be:

• Strategy and performance - manage and ensure resources & internal teams across the full marketing lifecycle.
• Client relations - Be the expert in strategy for clients, build trust & confidence, and lead on presentations & meetings.
• Industry knowledge and development - excited and up to date on latest trends, emerging technology, best practices and certifications / courses for yourself and teams.
• Team management (beneficial but not essential) - manage and mentor 3-4 team members across SEO, Social Media, PPC and Client Services teams.

You'll be joining an established agency, who are 12 years old, currently at 27 people and growing by 10-20% each year. They boast an impressive and varied client portfolio, working on Digital projects across marketing and production.

They work 3 days at home, with everyone going in on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Salary up to £50K, 30 days holiday + BH, personal training / event budget, monthly team and quarterly team social events, regular and frequent appraisals with plans for development and promotions.
