Job Duties:

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC equipment
• Provide technical advice and support to customers
• Keep accurate records of work carried out

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration
• Valid F-Gas Certification
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills

Education:

Completion of a formal apprenticeship or vocational training in air conditioning engineering

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical condition for manual handling tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications in HVAC systems
• Experience working with commercial HVAC units

Working Conditions:

This role involves working both indoors and outdoors, depending on the location of the air conditioning systems.
