• Willingness to collaborate with teachers, parents, and outside professionals to support each student’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted support to students with SEMH needs in both 1:1 and group settings.
• Work closely with classroom teachers to implement tailored learning plans.
• Monitor and track student progress, offering regular feedback to staff and parents.
• Use a variety of de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviours.
• Help create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment.

Joining our team means you’ll be working in a school that truly values the contributions of its staff. We offer continuous professional development opportunities to help you grow your skills and advance your career. You’ll work within a caring and collaborative team, with support from the senior leadership team and access to excellent resources. Additionally, the school is easily accessible via public transport, with good bus and tube links nearby.
