Are you a qualified and experienced teacher with a passion for behaviour management and pupil wellbeing? An amazing primary school in Swaffham is seeking a Deputy Head Teacher to lead Behaviour and Pastoral care, driving improvements in pupil behaviour and supporting their overall development.
Responsibilities:
* Spearhead initiatives to enhance pupil behaviour and wellbeing.
* Lead and inspire a team committed to fostering positive, inclusive learning environments.

Requirements:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with extensive teaching experience.

* Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Be able to build, lead, and inspire a cohesive and high-performing team.
