Location: Eastleigh SEMH School
Salary: £110 - £130 per day / £16.90 p/h - £20 p/h
Start Date: 6th January
Position Type: Full-time
Are you passionate about supporting young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Do you have the skills to motivate and inspire students in a positive and inclusive learning environment? If so, we would love to hear from you!
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Cover Supervisor / Unqualified Teacher to join our SEMH school in Eastleigh. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students while receiving a competitive rate of pay.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support students during lessons, ensuring their engagement and participation.
* Manage student behaviour in line with the school’s policies and strategies.
* Provide classroom support to assist students with various learning needs.
* Follow lesson plans and adapt as necessary to meet students’ needs.
* Support teachers in the delivery of engaging and differentiated lessons.
Essential Requirements:
* Passion for working with young people, especially those with SEMH needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage and engage students in a positive manner.
* Experience in a school or educational setting is desirable, though not essential.
* A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to challenges.
