Graduate Teaching Assistant (Supporting Mild SEND)
Location: Croydon
Hours: Full-time
Pay: £85-£95 per day

The Role:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
Work closely with children with mild SEND, providing tailored academic and emotional support.
Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Support small group and one-on-one interventions to help children achieve their potential.
Champion the school's ethos, promoting respect and individuality.What We're Looking For:
A recent graduate with a passion for education and inclusivity.
An understanding of or interest in working with children with SEND.
A proactive, compassionate, and adaptable approach to supporting young learners.
