My client, a multi-disciplinary Town Planning Consultancy who specialise in a various project across Leisure, Commercial, Residential, Renewables, Educational, Land-promotion and Mixed-Used sectors, is seeking a talented Graduate Urban Designer to join our team.

In this role, you will collaborate with senior colleagues on a variety of multi-disciplinary projects, including urban extensions, regeneration, and masterplanning. You will engage with developers, local communities, consultants, and authorities, assisting in the preparation of planning documents and delivering high-quality design reports.
Key Responsibilities for a Graduate Urban Designer:
Assist in preparing planning documents, design statements, feasibility studies, and drawings.
Ensure alignment with relevant policies and guidelines.
Attend site visits and client meetings.
Communicate effectively with clients, the design team, and stakeholders.
Contribute to marketing and social media efforts for the practice.Essential Skills for a Graduate Urban Designer:
Proficiency in 3D modelling, hand sketching, rendering, and technical drawings.
Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
Solid knowledge of CAD software.
Must have a degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Planning, or a related field.
Full UK driving license and access to a car.Interested?!
