Residential Experience Officer
Location: Northamptonshire
Hours: 37 hours per week (40 weeks per year)
Salary: £21,096.35 - £23,020.10 per annum (pro rata to £24,378.00 - £26,601.00 full-time equivalent)
About the Role
We’re working with a leading college in Northamptonshire looking for a dedicated Residential Experience Officer to join the team and help create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for students living in at the college accommodation. You will promote wellbeing, coordinate social and educational activities, and support student development.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote a sense of community through events and support services.
Supervise student welfare and promote inclusivity and respect.
Manage student behaviour, ensuring adherence to college policies.
Provide pastoral care and on-call support.
Support safeguarding and wellbeing policies.
Assist in organising social, sporting, and volunteer activities.
Contribute to the induction and integration of new students.
Support with inspections and administrative duties. Benefits:
