Job Description
About the role: We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Reception Teacher to join a strong team in a fantastic setting where creativity, curiosity, and positive early childhood development are key priorities. This role is a full-time, long-term position starting in January 2025. As a Reception Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, child-centered lessons that adhere to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. You will have the opportunity to nurture children in their early development stages, focusing on their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. You will be supported by a dedicated team of teaching assistants and a friendly, collaborative staff.

Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), particularly in a Reception class.

• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging, effective, and inclusive lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages children to explore, discover, and grow.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing regular feedback to parents and senior leaders.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff members to support students’ learning and well-being.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere based on respect, kindness, and mutual support.
