Job Description
Think FE is presenting an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a Personal Tutor looking to work with FE students in small groups or 1:2:1 settings. Delivering training in digital skills and personal social development at a leading college in Nottinghamshire.
This role supports learners on construction programmes (primarily at Level 1), equipping them with essential employability, everyday digital, and vocational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality training in digital skills and personal social development topics to groups and individuals.
Assess students' understanding of construction concepts, digital tools, and personal development topics.
Develop and maintain engaging resources to enhance learners' knowledge and skills.
Plan and deliver effective training sessions aligned with college standards. Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Level 2 qualification in IT or a related field.
Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths.
Teaching qualification (desirable but not essential).
Experience in a construction craft or building services discipline (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, bricklaying, or plastering) is advantageous. Next steps
