Job Description
About the role: SEN TA: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in supporting students with a range of special educational needs, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and those who are non-verbal. Experience working with non-verbal children is a plus, but not a requirement, as you’ll receive training and support to help every child find their voice and confidence in the classroom.
Working closely with our skilled SEN team, your day-to-day will include assisting with individualized learning plans, using creative methods to help students reach their full potential, and providing both academic and emotional support. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who’s as enthusiastic about learning as our students are!"

• Encouraging positive social interactions and assisting in managing any challenging behaviours.
• Celebrating every small victory, fostering confidence, and promoting independence.
