Salary: £26,000-£30,000 base with £35,000-£40,000 OTE in year one.

Hold a UK driving license (or are currently learning).
Have a UK passport or UK settlement with no work restrictions (we do not sponsor).Your Role: In your first year, you will:
Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent positions.
Create professional CV profiles for client marketing.
Collaborate with sales teams to increase candidate placements.
Hit weekly targets and KPIs set by your manager.
Earn commission from day one.After Graduation: Upon completing your first year, you'll move to a designated Sales Desk and receive advanced training in:
Business Development
Margin Negotiation
Safeguarding
Handling Difficult Conversations
Customer Service and Time ManagementSupport and Mentorship: You'll receive comprehensive support from your team manager, expert training team, and a dedicated mentor, learning from some of the top consultants in education recruitment as you grow your skills.
