Lead Generator / Employer Engagement Executive!
Are you a natural communicator with a passion for building relationships and driving positive change? We’re looking for a Lead Generator / Employer Engagement Executive to join our client’s dynamic team and help create meaningful employment opportunities for individuals on our clients' programmes.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Recruitment Managers and Sector Account Managers to generate leads and bring new businesses on board. Your efforts will directly contribute to transforming lives through sustainable employment.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Promote awareness of our services and showcase the benefits to employers.
• Reach out to employers via telesales, email, social media, and video calls to generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with employers regionally and nationally.
• Serve as the main contact for employer account management matters.
