Job Title: Personalized Learning Champion (1:1 LSA)
Location: Borough of Bexley
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
Salary: £85 - £115 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey as a Personalized Learning Champion at a Post-16 College? They are on the lookout for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join their team and make a real difference in the lives of their students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing tailored 1:1 support to students with diverse needs, including wheelchair users, individuals with Down syndrome, SEMH challenges, suicidal ideation, anxiety, ASD, and ADHD.
- Empowering students in their academic and personal growth, nurturing independence and self-confidence.
- Collaborating closely with educators and support staff to cultivate a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with individuals with diverse needs is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our students.
