About The Role
Ariat is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - Centric PLM, to support optimizing our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes related to our PLM system. You will bridge business and technical teams to ensure the PLM system supports our product development process. Key responsibilities include managing the PLM system, conducting data analysis, and driving process improvements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead projects, provide user support, and create documentation. The Business Systems Analyst - PLM will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, with a specific focus on Centric PLM. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Master Data, and IT, to ensure the PLM system aligns with business needs and optimizes product development processes.
This role is open to candidates seeking a contract-to-hire or direct-hire position.

The salary range for this position is $43.27 - $52.88 per hour for a contract-to-hire role.
The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations. - Managing and maintaining PLM: Overseeing the performance and alignment of Centric PLM with business needs
- Gathering and documenting requirements: Collaborating with stakeholders to define and document PLM system enhancements
- Analyzing data: Conducting data analysis to inform product development decisions and optimize PLM processes
- Designing and implementing solutions:Creating system configurations and customizations to meet business requirements
- Overseeing Development and Deployment: Leading the development and deployment of Centric PLM solutions
- Ensuring Quality: Participating in system testing and quality assurance processes
- Providing User Support: Supporting PLM users, troubleshooting issues, and conducting training sessions
- Identifying and Implementing Improvements: Identifying opportunities to optimize processes and implementing the best practices
- Creating and Maintaining Documentation: Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and user manuals
- Leading and Participating in Projects: Leading and contributing to PLM-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals
- Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Working closely with product development, IT, supply chain, and other teams to integrate PLM processes and systems
- Performing other tasks as assigned
- Strong proficiency in Centric PLM software and data analysis tools
- Experience with system integration and data migration processes
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects from planning to delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a systems analyst role, with a focus on PLM systems
- Experience in consumer product development processes and lifecycle management is preferred
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools is preferred
- Knowledge of industry best practices in PLM and product development is preferred
- Data Analytics Certification is not required but preferred
