Corpay is currently looking to hire a Master Data Management Data Steward within our Corpay division. This position falls under our Corpay line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of critical master data within the organization. You will ensure data quality standards are applied consistently and validate data across systems. Your role is pivotal in maintaining high-quality master data that supports informed decision-making and operational excellence. You will report directly to the Vendor Enrollment Data Steward Manager and regularly collaborate with other team(s)/department(s).

How We Work
As a Master Data Management Data Steward, you will be expected to work in a hybrid or virtual environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Ensuring Vendor Master records are matched appropriately ensuring consistency and accuracy across platforms
- Monitoring and assessing the quality of master data through regular audits, data profiling, and data validation processes
- Working closely with business users, data analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy
- Working closely with data owners and subject matter experts identifying data quality issues and implementing corrective actions
- Reviewing and providing content for comprehensive metadata, data dictionaries, and data lineage documentation for master data elements
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and master data management strategy refinement
- Documenting data definitions, business rules, and data transformation processes to ensure data understanding and traceability
- Communicating master data-related challenges and initiatives
- Complying with Master Data security and privacy regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent business experience in data management, data governance, or a related role
- Understanding of master data management concepts and systems relationships
- Familiar with Corpay Vendor Enrollment Operations, data integrations and data usage
- Experience with master data management tools and platforms (e.g., Reltio, Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, Collibra) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- 2 - 4 years of professional business experience preferably in analytics or information technology
