IT Process Manager (m/f/d) Vacancy for IT Process Manager (m/f/d) at the Bavarian State Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs Digitization makes school - would you like to play an active role in shaping digitization at our schools? We offer you the chance! As an IT Process Manager (m/f/d) in the BayernCloud School division, you will work with us to create the framework for digital learning and teaching at Bavaria's schools. BayernCloud Schule provides around 6,200 Bavarian schools with software offerings and digital learning content for over 150,000 teaching and administrative staff and around 1.7 million pupils. The BayernCloud Schule portfolio provides the school community with suitable applications for communication (including video conferencing, messenger and email), collaboration (including cloud storage with Web Office) and learning (including a learning platform and media library). BayernCloud School is a joint offering of the Bavarian State Ministries of Education and Cultural Affairs, Finance, Home Affairs and Digital Affairs and their subordinate authorities - the Bavarian State Institute for School Quality and Educational Research, the Academy for Teacher Training and Personnel Management and the IT Service Center of the Free State of Bavaria. Further information about the BayernCloud School can be found at https://bycs.de/ Area of responsibility: Responsibility for the design of various cross-authority processes in the BayernCloud school environment on the basis of ITIL Collaboration on the cross-agency harmonization of processes Managing the introduction of process improvements and automation (e.g. with ITIL or lean methods) Advice on the selection, introduction and optimization of tools for process and service management (e.g. Jira, Confluence) Developing and introducing key performance indicators (KPIs) and overviews to regularly review process performance Regular reporting to management on results and potential risks in the area of IT processes Supporting and training colleagues and managers in the application and further development of IT processes Supporting the procurement team with tenders (focus on ITSM) Requirements profile: Completed university or university of applied sciences degree (Master's or Diploma) in an economics, technical or scientific course of study Several years of professional experience in the field of IT governance and IT service management as well as in the management of IT projects and change processes, ideally at a public authority Good knowledge of the IT operations and software development environment and of IT process management tools Certification in IT service management (e.g. ITIL), project management (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) desirable Team player (m/f/d) with high social skills, strong service orientation, strategic thinking and the ability to quickly grasp complex interrelationships and develop pragmatic solutions, as well as a hands-on mentality round off your profile Very good verbal and written expression and communication skills in German We offer you: Interesting, responsible tasks and challenges in an exciting future-oriented field Team spirit and the opportunity to help shape digitalization for schools together Workplace in the center of Munich with good transport connections and flexible working hours as well as home office options A wide range of offers as part of company health management, in the area of art and culture, corporate benefits and a discounted job ticket If the personal and pay scale requirements are met, remuneration up to pay grade E 14 TV-L is possible; in addition, you will receive an allowance for working at the highest civil service authorities The position is part-time and can also be filled by two part-time employees.
