Job Title: Payroll & HR Administrator
Employment Type: Full Time / 35 hours per week
Salary: £31,459 - £36,616 / year

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for payroll and HR? A renowned Oxford college is seeking a talented individual to join their team in a dual role that combines payroll processing and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management (4 days/week)Process monthly payroll and RTI submissions
Handle statutory reports and HMRC returns
Manage employee lifecycle changes in payroll systems
Administer pension contributions and auto-enrolment
HR Administration (1 day/week)Support new starter on-boarding processes
Assist with recruitment and training administration
Maintain HR systems and data
Administer employee benefits and reward schemes
Ideal Candidate:
2-3 years of payroll processing experience
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent IT skills, especially in MS Office (Excel and Word)
Customer-centric with outstanding communication abilities
Proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure
