We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join Harts Group as part of our exceptional team at Barrafina Restaurant in the heart of London Bridge

The Chef de Partie Role

• Experience in a high volume, quality led restaurant kitchen
• Passion for food and learning a cuisine
• Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
• Good level of English language
• Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
• Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
• A passion for food and your own development is a must
