Job Opportunity: Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Static Site (Salisbury)
Salary: £37,000 per annum
Holiday: 24 days + 8 Bank Holidays
Call-Out: 1 in 4 (with £100 standby and pool car provided)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Salisbury (Static Site)

We are recruiting for our client, a respected employer in the facilities management sector, who is looking to hire an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their on-site team at a well-established commercial property. The role offers a competitive salary of £37,000 per annum, with an attractive benefits package, including 24 days of annual leave, 8 bank holidays, and the potential for additional earnings through a 1-in-4 call-out rota.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Maintenance & Repairs: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring electrical systems are fully operational and compliant.
Fault Diagnosis: Quickly identify and resolve electrical faults, providing efficient solutions to keep the site running smoothly.
Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain high standards of safety and ensure that all electrical systems comply with regulations and company policies.
Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance to prevent issues before they arise.
Documentation: Keep accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities, fault reports, and repairs for internal reporting.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, ideally within a commercial, retail, or facilities management environment.
Qualifications: 17th or 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations, along with an electrical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (C&G Lv3 or NVQ Lv3 etc.).
Skills: Strong fault-finding abilities and a good working knowledge of electrical systems and plant equipment.
Self-sufficient: Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and handle on-call duties.
Location: Based in or around Salisbury, with a reliable commute to the site.
