Behaviour Mentor - Sutton - immediate start - Secondary school - £90 - £115 a day
Currently, Teach 360 is seeking a highly motivated Behaviour Mentor to join an outstanding secondary school in Redbridge. This school is looking to hire an experienced Behaviour Mentor with experience working with young people with challenging behaviour.
Behaviour mentor to work full time Monday-Friday
Behaviour Mentor who has experience working with young people with challenging behaviour or SEMH needs
Behaviour Mentor who is a strong role model to young people
Behaviour Mentor who holds an enhanced DBS
Behaviour Mentor who is passionate about making a difference

The role - Behaviour Mentor - Sutton
In your role as a behaviour mentor, you'll support young people who exhibit challenging behaviour within and outside of the classroom. It is crucial that a behaviour mentor has experience working with challenging behaviour and can think quickly and on their feet in an emergency. Students with behaviour mentors receive academic support from their teachers in the classroom. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support or lead interventions based on the individual or group student's needs. You will be responsible for communicating with the class teacher and the members of the behavioural team about the progress of the students in your class.
