Overview

An award winning, Legal 500 law firm with offices across Somerset and Devon seek to appoint an experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Barnstaple office to join as a Partner to lead their thriving team.



Working within a friendly and supportive team you will be required to undertake a broad range of Commercial Property matters including but not limited to; sales and purchases, lease work, options and overages, purchasing of development land, partnership agreements and negotiating and drafting contracts.



You will play a pivotal role in driving the department's growth, managing key client relationships, and providing high-quality advice across a wide range of commercial property matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to step into a leadership role and make a significant impact.



Who

The successful candidate will be a qualified Grade A Solicitor, with extensive experience in Commercial Property law at a senior level. You will have a proven track record in managing and developing client relationships, strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support a dynamic team, and a passion for business development and driving success in a growing department.

Experience managing a department or firm-wide operations is an advantage.
