Engineering Team Leader - £52.5k - Panama Style Shifts - Wakefield

I am delighted to be working on behalf of a Food Manufacturer, looking for a Maintenance Shift Team Leader, leading 4 Engineers and driving shift performance for reactive and proactive maintenance across the site. This is a fast-paced manufacturer, with a mix of assets including mechanical, electrical, site services and automation.

The newly appointed Maintenance Team Leader will report to the Engineering Manager and assume responsibility for planning, budgets, maintenance schedules, people leadership and development, and much more.

The company are willing to put the successful applicant through the CMI lvl5 Management Apprenticeship to help grow your leadership skills and progress your career further.

What you'll need to succeed

Apprentice trained maintenance engineer with an electrical bias.
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience mentoring and leading a small team is desirableBenfits:

Salary - £52.5k
Overtime available - paid at 1.5x on Saturdays & 2.0x on Sundays
