Engineering Team Leader
Location: Bury
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights)
Salary: £50,000 - £53,000 + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a team of engineers, promoting a positive and efficient working environment.
* Plan and execute preventive and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
* Manage CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems) to monitor and optimize maintenance activities.
* Oversee stock control and ensure the availability of critical parts and tools.
* Apply knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatic systems to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
* Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Essential Requirements:
* Completed mechanical apprenticeship.
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatic systems.
* Proficiency with CMMS and stock control.
* Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
