KS2 Teacher Borehamwood, Hertfordshire
-Start: January 2024, Full-time for at least 2 terms
Location: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire
Pay: £170 to £230 per day

KS2 Teacher Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. 4myschools is working with a school in Borehamwood who are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join their dynamic teaching team from January 2024. Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the KS2 curriculum
* Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the intellectual, social, and emotional development of each student
* Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
* Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns
* Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as required
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Relevant experience teaching in KS2, preferably within a primary school setting
* Thorough knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment strategies
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Desirable:
* Experience with implementing innovative teaching methods and technologies
* Experience with SEN (Special Educational Needs) students and strategies to support their learning
* Additional subject expertise or extracurricular involvement
