Role Responsibilities:

• Assist with classroom organization and lesson preparation
• Support lesson design and execution under the direction of the teaching staff
• Provide subject-specific support to students across the curriculum
• Offer tailored help to students with special educational needs
• Monitor and document student progress, giving feedback to the relevant staff members
• Assist in grading student work and contribute to general classroom management

Requirements:

• A strong degree from a top 30 UK university
• A genuine enthusiasm for supporting children and taking responsibility for their education
• Prior experience in a child-focused role is highly desirable
• A proactive approach to supporting students
• Excellent communicative abilities and the ability to work well in a team
