We are now looking for a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The Role
As a Supply Chain Co-ordinator, you will handle outbound shipping orders on behalf of our global key account client, from their site in Cambridge.
Specifically, youll utilise the clients in-house order system (Oracle) to process live orders and extract essential data. You will review manual orders to ensure all supporting documents, such as invoices, packing lists, DGNs, COOs, and licences, are accurate and complete.
You will also co-ordinate with shipping and receiving sites to agree on loading and delivery schedules, as well as provide pre-alerts, documentation, any other necessary information to facilitate seamless operations.
Additionally, you will:
- Interact with modal planning teams to secure best-fit schedules
- Liaise between internal and external customers to manage documentation and schedules
About You
To be considered as a Supply Chain Co-ordinator, you will need:
- International shipping experience
- Experience in a customer service environment
- A proactive and flexible approach
- Attention to detail
- The ability to build strong relationships and meet deadlines
