Level 2 Teaching Assistant (Bolton)
Graded "Outstanding" by Ofsted in all areas this year, Tradewind is excited to seek a motivated and passionate Level 2 Teaching Assistant for a vibrant primary school in Bolton.
We're delighted to represent this exceptional school in welcoming an enthusiastic TA to support the academic success and personal growth of its pupils. This full-time position starts immediately and runs through to the end of the academic year, with the possibility of an extension based on your performance.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Collaborating with the teacher to deliver creative and engaging lessons in alignment with the KS2 National Curriculum.
Providing targeted support to pupils, including small-group interventions and one-on-one assistance, to ensure individual progress.
Monitoring and recording pupil performance, helping to identify learning gaps, and assisting with strategies to bridge them.
Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
Assisting with the preparation of resources and activities, contributing to the school's creative curriculum.
Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support student well-being and academic achievement.Why Join?

Essential Requirements:
-Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification or higher
-Excellent references to support previous experience in KS2 (ideally in a Year 6 class)
-A CV that covers employment history with any CV gaps explained
-The right to work in the UK
