Exciting Opportunity: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Shifts: 4 on 4 off, Days and Nights
Salary: £50,000 - £53,000 per annum
Location: Bletchley, Buckinghamshire

The Role:
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be essential to maintaining and optimizing high-tech production machinery. Your responsibilities will include:
Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance to ensure machinery runs smoothly.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair faults on various PLC systems.
Equipment Expertise: Work on systems including pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, valves, ovens, mixers, pressure systems, and refrigeration units.
Planned Maintenance: Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and address reactive maintenance needs.
Continuous Support: Provide comprehensive engineering support to the production team to minimize downtime.
What You'll Bring:
Experience: A strong background in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, ideally within food production or manufacturing.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with PLC systems and experience working within a PPM schedule and Continuous Improvement environment.
Qualifications: BTECH/ONC in an electrical discipline, or a time-served apprenticeship/HNC in electrical, mechanical, or production maintenance Engineering.
Motivation: A proactive approach and the ability to respond quickly to breakdowns.
