Job Description

JAS is an international, non-asset-based supply chain services and solutions company. Our services include air and ocean freight forwarding, contract logistics, customs brokerage, distribution, inbound logistics, truckload brokerage and other supply chain management services, including consulting, the coordination of purchase orders and customized management services.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns that support the objectives of the JAS brand. This includes copywriting, content creation, search engine marketing (SEM), and search engine optimization (SEO). This position will implement paid and organic digital campaigns and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the company's digital presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company website
  • Develop and optimize content (including copy, design, video, and photography)
  • Develop and manage the monthly content marketing calendar
  • Implement web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights and leverage opportunities within the industry using social and digital tools and channels
  • Measure and report on the performance of the company website and all digital marketing campaigns
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
  • Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Highly creative with proven experience identifying target audiences and delivering digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Solid understanding of web metrics (including Google Analytics) and digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data
  • Strong verbal, written, and problem-solving skills
  • An ability to multitask, prioritize work, and perform under tight deadlines
  • Portfolio of previous campaigns
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems


ENVIRONMENT:

100% performed in climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions. Travel may be (up to 10%) required in support of the position's responsibilities.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and finger to feel and handle; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, and crouch; lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
