The Position
The Best Connection is seeking to appoint a Salesforce Training and Development Consultant.
Over a 12-month contract, this role provides specialist consultancy to support a major digital transformation project integrating new technologies (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce) into the Company.
Package
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
The Benefits
Hybrid working with time split between home working, our People Services Centre in Halesowen and UK travel during rollout.
Holidays: 30 days per year including statutory holidays.

On Demand 24 Hour Well-being Service Key tasks and responsibilities include:
Embedded within the in-house Training and Development team, the consultant will leverage their expertise to:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Identify and prioritise system training needs, ensuring solutions align with project objectives and business processes.
Training Delivery: Deliver high-quality, targeted sessions that enable employees to confidently use new systems, incorporating best practice techniques.
Instructional Design: Develop structured, multimodal training materials and frameworks grounded in proven methodologies (e.g., ADDIE).
Content Creation: Produce clear, accessible, and engaging system training resources, tailored to diverse learning styles and technical proficiencies.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with project leads, SMEs, and end-users, providing expert guidance and continuous feedback loops to refine training approaches.
Project Management and Continuous Improvement: Oversee training schedules, resource allocation, and iterative enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and sustained upskilling of internal teams to maintain best practice standards.Essential Key Attributes
Proven experience designing and delivering training programmes for system implementations, including Salesforce and Bullhorn
Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) and best practices for effective learning
Ability to translate complex technical processes into accessible, user-friendly training materials
Demonstrated success supporting digital transformation initiatives, ensuring user adoption and sustained system use
Proficiency in e-learning tools, user experience design, and accessibility standards to create engaging, inclusive training content Desirable Key Attributes
Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, customisation, and administration.
Strong proficiency in core Salesforce functionalities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, workflows, reports, dashboards).
Certification in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) is highly desirableThe Company
