Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics and asset management? We're looking for a dynamic Fleet Controller to join our team and ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Position Overview:

As a Fleet Controller, you will be responsible for allocating company assets to live orders and signed contracts, keeping the sales team informed about unit availability and lead times. You'll also play a crucial role in identifying utilization trends and making recommendations to the Managing Director for asset manufacturing. Your attention to detail will ensure our vehicle tracking systems are always up-to-date, and you will assist our European subsidiaries by clearly communicating and updating asset build schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Asset Allocation: Assign company assets to live orders and signed contracts, ensuring timely fulfilment on a weekly basis.
• Sales Support: Keep the sales team updated on unit availability and lead times.
• Trend Analysis: Identify utilization trends and provide suggestions to the Managing Director for manufacturing new assets.
• Vehicle Tracking: Maintain accurate and current vehicle tracking records.
• International Coordination: Support Dawson Group's European companies by managing and updating asset build schedules.
• Orders: Place orders with body builders and refrigeration manufacturers ensuring invoices and values are correct.

Qualifications:

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and systems.
• Previous experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
