Calling all Inside Sales Executives!
My client is an incredibly successful construction company who are seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join due to rapid expansion.
This is a hybrid role based in Staffordshire.
Some of their largest accounts are Popeyes and Lidl.
This is a rare & exciting opportunity to kick start your career in sales and have full autonomy of your desk.
As an Inside Sales Executives, you will be responsible for :
Generating new business by cold calling and attending client meetings
Independently managing individual pipeline
B2B sales and business development
Attending industry related conventions
Reaching out to project managers and building surveyors
Attending industry related conventions
Managing social media and posting engaging content
The ideal candidate :
Construction industry experience is desirable
Experience doing B2B business development
Experience in a previous sales role
Confident speaking to decision makers on the phone
Benefits :
Monthly commission, with an achievable £60,000 to be earned on top of generous basic salary.
Remote working until 2025 - this will change to a hybrid model (2/3 days in office)
Career progression
Working Hours : 9:00am - 5:00pm
