Exam Officer
Location: All-Through SEN School, Wandsworth, South London
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Responsibilities - Exam Officer
As Exam Officer, your key duties will include:
Coordinating the planning, administration and management of all internal and external examinations.
Liaising with awarding organisations, teaching staff and the SEN team to ensure compliance with examination regulations.
Managing student entries for exams, including coursework submissions and grade predictions.
Ensuring appropriate exam arrangements for students with additional needs.
Recruiting, training and managing a team of invigilators.
Safeguarding the integrity and security of examination papers and processes.
Overseeing the distribution of exam results and certificates to students.
Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for senior leadership.
What We Are Looking For - Exam Officer
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a school setting.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
The ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with staff, students and external organisations.
A good understanding of SEN and the importance of inclusive exam arrangements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with database systems.
