Job Description
One of our clients are looking for a Senior Design to join their expanding team.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Designer, you’ll be pivotal in defining and maintaining the companies brand’s visual identity. You’ll work within their dynamic marketing and design team, interpreting briefs to create engaging experiences across websites, online ads, email campaigns, social media, window displays and print. In this role, you’ll act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent quality across all design deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Development & Guardianship: Define, implement, and uphold brand design guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across digital touchpoints.
- Digital Design: Apply digital design experience and UX principles to develop website and app interfaces that are engaging and user-friendly.
- Content Creation: Design impactful digital and print assets, including social media graphics, online ads, email templates, that connect with our audience and stand out in competitive marketplaces.
- Concept Development: Take ideas from initial concept through to final design, bringing innovation and creativity to every project.
- Template Creation: Develop reusable marketing templates to streamline content creation and ensure brand consistency online and in print.
- Team Collaboration: Work in partnership with our other designers and the marketing team to execute creative campaigns that captivate our audience.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct design reviews to ensure all deliverables meet brand and quality standards.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in digital design, with a track record of enhancing and maintaining brand identities.
- Strong understanding of website and app design, grounded by human-centred design or UX principles.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign essential.
- Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, photography and videography is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate briefs into compelling visual designs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
