Job Description
Join a world class training provider as a Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Coach!
This will be a full time permanent role, working remotely with occasional travel within a 50 mile radius of your location. The successful candidate will have experience delivering Teaching Assistant apprenticeship standards at level 3, with the ability to motivate, inspire and teaching a caseload of learners efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Develop and generate scheme of work and session plans under the guidance of the Quality Team.
* Conduct delivery of Functional Skills qualifications within apprenticeship frameworks.
* Maintain precise and current records for individual learners, utilising e-portfolios and caseload trackers in accordance with internal protocols.
* Participate in self-assessment activities aimed at driving continuous improvement.
* Ensure meticulous maintenance of electronic diaries, detailing appointments accurately and consistently.
* Facilitate Teaching Assistant Apprenticeships up to Level 3.
* Conduct initial assessments of learners to determine their starting points on the course.
* Evaluate learner performance within workplace settings.
* Conduct regular progress reviews with learners to monitor their advancement towards timely completion.
* Deliver training sessions on a one-to-one or group basis, either in-person or online.
* Engage in appropriate training as identified through observation and line management processes.
* Maintain compliance by keeping timely records on Smart Assessor.
Experience and Skills
* Relevant qualification in STLS, Teaching Assistance or equivalent.
* Hold either a Teaching or Assessing qualification such as TAQA, CAVA, A1, PGCE, PTLLS or equivalent
* Experience working as a teaching assistant in mainstream education - primary, secondary or alternative education.
* Experience delivering apprenticeships.
