What You’ll Achieve:
As a Senior Helpdesk Engineer:
You will provide support for various services, including O365, Windows 10 application assistance, software installations, VPN, and remote desktop solutions. You will work a variety of shifts between 8 AM and 5:30 PM, collaborating with colleagues to troubleshoot issues and deliver exceptional customer service to users across the entire organisation.
You will be responsible for resolving complex second-line tickets and providing support on the service desk when needed. Your role involves delivering top-tier, customer-focused service while offering advanced technical assistance to users. Additionally, you will help mentor and train less experienced team members. You will lead incident investigations and collaborate with Team Leaders to enhance the overall service.

What We Require:
GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths at grade C or above
Relevant ICT industry-recognized qualifications, such as GNVQ, Level 3 Diploma, or equivalent experience
Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification preferred
Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) certification preferred
Advanced technical knowledge of core IT infrastructure, including but not limited to Microsoft and Windows.
Strong understanding of ITIL Framework, Service Desk Institute (SDI) standards and meeting Service Level targets
Demonstrates specific standards associated with current role. eg: service desk procedures, support procedures, corporate policies, change management processes, procurement policies
Advanced Understanding of the IT infrastructure (hardware, databases, operating systems, local area networks etc) and the IT applications and service processes used within own organisation.
