Job Description

Our client is a leading creative production studio specialising in content solutions for global brands. They deliver a wide range of content, including branded campaigns, internal communications, live-streamed events, podcasts, and TV commercials.


Position Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm)

Location: Primarily based in Hertfordshire/London Border (4 days in the office, 1 day remote)


The company is seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join its dynamic post-production team. The role involves creating 2D and 3D motion graphics for various media, including broadcast, social media, and live events. You will collaborate closely with producers, editors, and other creatives to develop high-quality, industry-leading content across a range of projects such as branded campaigns, social activations, and PR launch assets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design and deliver exceptional motion graphics for broadcast, digital, social, and live event outputs.
  • Collaborate with producers, editors, and sound teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Provide creative input throughout the post-production process.
  • Develop and implement 2D and 3D animations using Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Cinema4D.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share design ideas and stay updated on current trends.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, deadlines, and design standards.
  • Continuously refine expertise in motion graphics techniques.


Essential Skills and Experience

  • 3-4 years of experience in motion graphics, ideally within a fast-paced agency or production setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
  • Strong design, animation, and typography skills, with a creative flair and originality.
  • Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, and Cinema4D.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong visual sense.
  • Effective time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude, with a desire to take ownership of projects and drive results.
