Business Development Executive
Nottingham
£15.96 per hour
Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 4.30 pm
Immediate start - 3-month temporary contract
Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a global leading innovative software company. Our client has a pioneering approach to technology and a culture of solid belief in delivering the human side of software.
Duties include:
Identifying and qualifying potential leads via multiple channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media and inbound marketing leads.
Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring they are handed to the sales team for further development
Developing and implementing processes tailored to the target market including outreach strategies, qualification criteria and handoff protocols
Using CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate data collection for follow ups
Working closely with the marketing team to align outbound efforts
Meeting KPIs and providing reports on lead generation
Who are we looking for:
Experience in a sales development or lead generation role
Experience using CRM system such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Excellent communication skills, spoken and written
Self-starter who is highly motivated and self-drivenAdditional Information:
This is an office-based role in Nottingham
