We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven Marketing Manager with a passion for hospitality to join our team at Sunset Hospitality Group UK.

Amélie serves bold Provenal flavours in a day-to-night setting. LUUM, a vibrant cocktail lounge, blends Latin American mixology with an energetic atmosphere.
The Role
As our Marketing Manager you will be responsible for driving all marketing activations across the UK, working closely with the Head of Marketing to shape and execute a dynamic calendar of campaigns, events, and partnerships. You will take ownership of content strategy and social media channels, driving revenue growth and elevating our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of multi-channel campaigns to drive bookings, awareness, and revenue for each venue
- Ideate, promote, and execute an annual calendar of activations and events
- Own our social media channels, working alongside agencies, designers, and freelancers to plan and create incredible content that reflects our brand identity and resonates with our audience
- Manage our content strategy, ensuring a unified message across key channels social media, newsletters, and website etc.
- Work alongside our PR agency to deliver our PR and influencer strategy
- Lead and execute content updates across websites and look for ways to improve customer journey and maximise conversion
- Hold us to our brand guidelines across marketing channels, events, activations, and inside our venues
- Support the Head of Marketing on the brand development of new concepts and the roll out of UK venues into new regions
About You
- Previous experience as a Marketing Manager within Londons premium F&B sector
- Proven experience of delivering comprehensive, 360-degree marketing campaigns
- A creative thinker who can design innovative strategies to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness
- Deep understanding of emerging cultural trends and their impact on marketing
- Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills, across video and photography
- Experience in developing strategy and owning execution with a detail-oriented approach
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics, with ability to analyse and leverage data to inform campaigns
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Experience in event management and knowledge of Adobe software desirable
