Hours of Work: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Term Time
Pay: £85-£100 per day

About the role:
EYFS TA: We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our supportive school in Barnet. This full-time role includes leading phonics groups, providing 1:1 support for a 5-year-old, assisting the class teacher with classroom activities, and starting Mondays and Fridays with breakfast duties at 8:00 am.

Application Requirements for an EYFS TA:
• Passion for early childhood education.
• Experience working with young children (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
As an EYFS TA you will:
• Lead small phonics groups to develop literacy skills.
• Provide 1:1 support for a student with additional needs.
• Assist the class teacher in creating a welcoming classroom.
• Oversee breakfast sessions twice weekly.
• Foster a fun and engaging learning environment.
