About the role:
We are looking for a passionate Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with experience in boosters and interventions, supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), or a strong interest in helping students excel academically and socially. You will work closely with class teachers to support children in Key Stage 2, assisting with tailored interventions to enhance learning outcomes. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that all students, particularly those who may require additional support, can thrive in their education.

• Prior experience working with Key Stage 2 pupils (desirable).
• Experience with boosters, interventions, and working with SEN students.
• A proactive and nurturing approach to supporting children’s learning.
• The ability to work effectively within a team of educators.
• A flexible attitude and a genuine passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to children in Key Stage 2, focusing on boosters and interventions.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.
• Support children with SEN in their academic and personal development.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and provide additional support to class teachers.
• Track student progress and report on outcomes to help shape future interventions.
