Speech and Language Therapist - Full Time - South East London - January Start
Are you a resilient and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist looking to help shape the lives of young autistic individuals?
We are currently recruiting for a Speech and Language Therapist to work full time at a special needs school based in South East London. You will be assisting across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This is a new independent special needs school starting in January, with an aim to create a safe and vibrant community where each learner can unlock their full potential.
Responsibilities:
Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
Develop personalised strategies to support a child's individuals needs
Provide training to educational professionals so they can identify the signs of speech, language and communication needs to support them appropriately
Work closely with children and young people and their families/carers to provide tailored supportThis school is located only a 10 minute walk away from the nearest station, making for an easy commute to and from work.
