Derby College Group (DCG) are recruiting for full-time and part-time Learning Support Assistants to join our Student Experience and Pastoral team at our Joseph Wright campus. If you're motivated, ready to learn new skills and be a role model we'd love to hear from you!

The Opportunity

You'll be providing a range of support services both in and outside of the classroom to students who have a specific inclusion and support need which will enable them to achieve and progress. We offer a large range of support to students across our college on all college sites. Our students are at the heart of our person-centred approach, and we support all our 120+ learning support staff to develop and embed outstanding skills and knowledge.

The Joseph Wright campus offers a mix of academic, digital and creative courses and our students echo this eclectic mix. JWC (Joesph Wright Centre) LSA's will support students studying BTEC and A-Level subjects. You will build good working relationships, the ability to foster confidence and a 'can do' attitude; to support and challenge students to excel.
