Job Opportunity: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Milton Keynes
Shifts: Rotating Days & Nights
Salary: £53,500 (inclusive of shift allowance)

About the Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of advanced production equipment. Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing expert electrical and mechanical support to ensure smooth production processes.
Rapidly diagnosing and resolving issues with automated machinery to minimise downtime.
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) alongside reactive maintenance tasks.
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing solutions to optimise equipment performance.
Assisting with machinery upgrades and process enhancement projects.
About You
We're looking for a hands-on professional with a strong background in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Whether your expertise lies in electrical or mechanical engineering, you'll thrive in this role if you have:
Relevant qualifications, such as a BTEC/ONC, City & Guilds 2330, or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Multi-Skilled Engineering.
A time-served engineering apprenticeship.
(Preferred) HNC in Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Maintenance Engineering.
Strong fault-finding and analytical skills, combined with a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure and a drive to continuously improve.
