Description: Pastoral coach
Lemur are working with a a large Further Education College in Nottinghamshire looking to recruit a Pastoral Coach to raise the motivation, confidence and achievement levels of their students. You will act as an advocate for students and will assist in key areas of student development. The role will be working closely with students in the Plumbing and Electrical Departments (The role will involve liaising with students in an workshop setting in Nottinghamshire).
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and organisational skills. You will be experienced in providing support to young people and have the ability to motivate and inspire. The college are seeking an individual who is experience in supporting teaching & learning.
Salary:
£25,900 - £30,000
